bitiba Subscribe & Save is a convenient, flexible subscription service that allows you to set up regular orders for specific items at pre-determined delivery intervals. This means you no longer need to remember to order your pet's food and supplies regularly. Also, with the scheduled deliveries, you’ll receive a discount on the standard price of the items.
Setting up Subscribe & Save is very easy:
- Add Subscribe & Save eligible items to your basket and proceed to checkout. Please note that Subscribe & Save is only available with a debit/credit card saved from a previous order or with PayPal.
- Select Subscribe & Save and set the delivery interval in the checkout preview
- Complete your order as usual
You can also convert a completed order into a Subscribe & Save order in your customer account under "My orders".
Please note:
- This service is available to all registered www.bitiba.co.uk customers with a UK delivery address
- The Subscribe & Save discount only applies to future scheduled orders, it is not valid for the current (non-scheduled) order used to set up this service
- This service is available for a wide selection of popular products and eligible products are marked as Subscribe & Save on the individual product description page. The service is currently not available for all items.
- Subscribe & Save orders can be changed, paused or cancelled at any time at bitiba "My account". There are no cancellation fees if you decide to cancel the service.
- bitiba Subscribe & Save discounts cannot be combined with other discounts
