You can easily update the email address linked to your account with our secure authentication process.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your customer account. 
  2. Go to My Account → Personal Details / Email Address. 
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. We’ll send a verification code to your current email address.
  5. Enter the code in your account to confirm the change. 


Once the code is confirmed, your email address will be updated immediately. 


I’m subscribed to your newsletters — will these move to my new email address?
 

If you are subscribed to any of our newsletters, please note that your newsletter subscription does not automatically transfer to your new email address. 


To continue receiving our updates, simply go to the Newsletter section of your account and subscribe again using your new email address. 


What if I don’t receive the verification email?
 

If the verification email doesn’t arrive: 

  • Please wait a few minutes and check your spam/junk folder. 
  • If still nothing, try sending the request again from your account. 


If the email still does not arrive, contact our Customer Care team — we’ll be happy to help and can update your email manually after verifying your identity.
