You can easily update the email address linked to your account with our secure authentication process.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Go to My Account → Personal Details / Email Address.
- Enter your new email address.
- We’ll send a verification code to your current email address.
- Enter the code in your account to confirm the change.
Once the code is confirmed, your email address will be updated immediately.
What if I don’t receive the verification email?
If the verification email doesn’t arrive:
- Please wait a few minutes and check your spam/junk folder.
- If still nothing, try sending the request again from your account.
If the email still does not arrive, contact our Customer Care team — we’ll be happy to help and can update your email manually after verifying your identity.
