bitiba rewards you for your loyalty - as a registered customer you earn stamps with every purchase and when you have 16 stamps you get a £16 coupon to use with a future order. 

Collecting stamps is very simple: for every £25 spent you will receive 1 stamp. For example: If you spend £55 you will receive 2 stamps, the remaining £5 will not be carried over. 

Your Stamp Card will automatically update once the order has been paid and dispatched in full.  

Once you complete your card with 16 stamps, your £16 coupon will be generated, and you will be able to redeem it in "My account". Once redeemed, the discount will automatically be applied to your next order. 

Please note:   

• Should the value of your order decrease (e.g. returned product, etc.), you will only be credited with stamps for the actual amount paid 
• The Stamp Card will expire if you do not place an order within 6 months after the date of the last stamp 
• The coupon is valid for 1 year from the date of issue 
• You can also earn extra stamps on some special promotions. These are advertised on our website and will help you to get that coupon even faster.
