If a code doesn’t work on the first try:  

• Copy and paste the code to avoid errors  
• If entering the code manually, check that the numbers / letters of the code have been entered in the correct format  
• Delete any blank spaces  
• Check that the code has not expired or has a minimum order value    

Please note:   

• If the basket total is below the voucher value, the remaining amount expires  
• Only one code can be entered and redeemed per order
